Counselling and Assistance in Cases of Discrimination and Conflict

In cases of discrimination, harassment and conflict we will counsel you individually and confidentially on your options for action and on all support services offered by the University of Bayreuth.

Diversity-Consulting

We advise you – ideally together with the Equal Opportunities Department – on how to consider gender and diversity in the areas of:

• Research funding (acquisition of third-party funds)
• Personnel recruitment
• Organizational and staff development
• Degree programme development and teaching
• Service and counselling
• Consideration of equal opportunities and diversity while applying for research funding

Violence Protection

We are the central reporting office for incidents of violence. The reporting office
  

• is the contact point for victims and superiors after incidents of violence
• coordinates aftercare
• refers to internal and external counselling and support services
• records violent offences and transgressions in order to improve the protection against violence.
