Counselling and Assistance in Cases of Discrimination and Conflict
​for students, employees and professors

In cases of discrimination, harassment and conflict we will counsel you individually and confidentially on your options for action as well as on all support services offered by our university.


Diversity-Consulting
​for research, teaching and administration

You intend to apply for third-party funding of your research project? In cooperation with the Office of Research Support, we can advise you on how to integrate diversity into your funding application. Our focus lies on the Research-Oriented Diversity Standards of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation).

Furthermore we offer advice on how to take gender and diversity into account in the following areas (in cooperation with the Gender Equality Service Centre):

  • staff development and organizational development,

for students and employees

Violence Protection
for employees

We are the central reporting office for incidents of violence.

The reporting office
  

  • is the contact point for victims and superiors after incidents of violence,
  • coordinates aftercare,
  • refers to internal and external counselling and support services,
  • records violent offences and transgressions in order to improve the protection against violence.
