Employer's Inclusion Representative

Together with the representative body for severely disabled persons and the staff council, the employer's inclusion representative forms the integration team.

The Specific Tasks of the Inclusion Representative are defined in the Bavarian Inclusion Guidelines:

  • "The representatives must work to ensure that the laws, ordinances, collective agreements and administrative regulations applicable to severely disabled persons are implemented in their departments (...)."
  • They should also work to ensure that employees of the department who meet the requirements for recognition of their status as severely disabled persons apply for recognition and also disclose this to their employer." (BayInklR, Section 14.1.2, unofficial translation)
